Last weekend we headed to Nikko, a historic city nestled in the mountains northwest of Tokyo. The kids wrestled the camera away from me a few times, so I decided to showcase our trip mostly through their eyes. Though of course I can’t help but add a few snaps of my own at the end….
But first, the kids’ view.
And a few of my shots.

Great pictures; your kids (and you) have an eye for photography! What are you shooting with? I think I recall seeing you shooting with a DSLR in some other blog post.
Thanks! They took a photography course in the fall and learned a lot–they really honed their composition skills. The camera is a Canon EOS Rebel T4i.
Your kids are great photographers!
